公众伦理与隐私提示旨在帮助用户 正确理解元宇宙医学相关技术的边界、风险与责任原则，确保公众在使用虚拟医疗、沉浸式教育与数字健康工具时拥有安全、透明、可信的体验。
该模块聚焦公共伦理、数据隐私、弱势群体保护与沉浸式环境中的心理安全。
（1）技术透明原则（Transparency of Technology）
IAMM 强调所有元宇宙医学应用必须 清晰说明用途、限制和非临床属性：
- 数字人不等同于医生
- XR 场景不构成正式诊断
- 模拟训练不能替代真实临床操作
- 数据收集目的与用途需提前告知
用户应了解哪些属于辅助教育、哪些属于医疗行为。
（2）数据与隐私保护（Data & Privacy Protection）
元宇宙医学可能涉及多模态敏感数据：动作轨迹、音视频、表情、眼动、语音、身体姿态等。
为此，IAMM 要求：
- 严格遵守国家与地区的数据保护法规（如 GDPR 等）
- 数据最小化原则（只收集必要信息）
- 明确的数据存储、使用与删除流程
- 禁止未经授权的数据共享与商业化使用
- 对跨境数据进行风险评估
用户有权知情、同意、拒绝和撤回。
（3）心理与沉浸风险提示（Psychological & Immersion Safety）
沉浸式体验可能引发不适，尤其在特定人群中：
- 眩晕、沉浸疲劳、焦虑
- 对虚拟场景的过度依赖
- 现实感减弱（尤其是青少年）
IAMM 建议：
- 控制使用时长
- 避免在密闭或危险场所佩戴 XR 设备
- 监护人陪同未成年人使用
（4）弱势群体保护（Protection of Vulnerable Populations）
包括：儿童、老年人、认知障碍患者、心理疾病患者等。
IAMM 要求：
- 优先进行风险评估与知情同意
- 内容分级与年龄适配
- 避免可能引起心理负担的沉浸式场景
- 为监护人提供清晰指导说明
（5）责任边界与医学声明（Liability & Medical Disclaimer）
为避免误解：
- 元宇宙平台提供的是教育与辅助工具，不替代专业医生
- 平台不提供个性化医疗诊断
- 教学内容不可直接用于自我诊断或治疗决策
- 真正医疗建议必须来自有资质的医师
（6）公众反馈与投诉渠道（Public Feedback & Complaints）

The Public Ethics & Privacy Notes help users understand the boundaries, risks and ethical principles related to Metaverse-in-Medicine technologies.
The module promotes transparency, data protection, psychological safety and safeguards for vulnerable populations.
(1) Transparency of Technology
IAMM requires that all metaverse medical applications clearly state:
- What the technology can and cannot do
- That digital humans are notlicensed physicians
- That XR simulations do notconstitute medical diagnosis
- What data is collected and why
Users should distinguish between educational tools and real medical services.
(2) Data & Privacy Protection
Metaverse environments may involve sensitive multimodal data (movement, voice, biometrics, gaze, video, posture).
IAMM mandates:
- Compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Data minimization
- Clear storage, usage and deletion processes
- No unauthorized sharing or monetization
- Risk assessment for cross-border data transfers
Users retain rights to be informed, consent, refuse and withdraw.
(3) Psychological & Immersion Safety
Immersive experiences may cause discomfort:
- Dizziness, fatigue, anxiety
- Over-dependence on virtual environments
- Reduced sense of reality (especially for youth)
IAMM advises:
- Limiting session duration
- Avoiding unsafe environments during XR use
- Guardian supervision for minors
(4) Protection of Vulnerable Populations
Including children, older adults, individuals with cognitive or mental health challenges.
IAMM requires:
- Risk assessment and informed consent
- Age-appropriate content
- Avoidance of psychologically burdensome scenes
- Clear guidance for caregivers
(5) Liability & Medical Disclaimer
To prevent misunderstanding:
- Metaverse platforms support learning, not medical care
- No personalized medical diagnosis is provided
- Educational content must notguide self-treatment or diagnosis
- Real medical advice must come from qualified physicians
(6) Public Feedback & Complaints
IAMM provides open channels to report issues:
- Misleading claims
- Technical problems
- Privacy concerns
- Content appropriateness
