国际元宇宙医学协会（IAMM）的管理体系旨在确保 科学独立性、国际协同、透明治理与跨学科参与。协会采用国际通行的学术组织架构，由理事会统筹战略方向，并由多个专家委员会负责技术、伦理、教育与应用落地。
（1）理事会（Board of Directors）
负责制定协会总体战略、治理框架与国际合作规划。
主要职责包括：
- 制定 IAMM 愿景、年度重点与标准化路线
- 监督伦理、安全、数据治理等核心政策
- 批准重大科研项目、全球合作协议
- 任命IAMM主席，委员会负责人及区域中心主任
理事会由来自医学、工程、AI、教育、公共卫生及监管等领域的国际领军专家组成。
（2）顾问委员会（Advisory Council）
为战略决策提供独立、前瞻性的学术建议。
职责包括：
- 识别未来技术趋势（AI、XR、数字孪生等）
- 提供全球监管动态与政策建议
- 评估 IAMM 的社会影响与国际价值
（3）技术与标准委员会（Technical & Standards Committee）
负责：
- “元宇宙医学术语体系”制定
- vICU、vMDT、虚拟医院等核心技术规范
- 医疗数字孪生、虚拟数字人、MIoT 标准框架
- 安全性、互操作性、带宽/延迟、3D 场景规范是推动行业标准化的核心力量。
（4）伦理与隐私委员会（Ethics & Privacy Committee）
负责评估技术应用中的：
- 数据安全、隐私保护、跨境传输风险
- 沉浸式环境的心理影响与弱势人群保护
- 医疗责任、知情同意、数字疗法伦理要求该委员会确保 IAMM 所有项目符合国际伦理标准。
（5）教育与能力建设委员会（Education & Capacity-Building Committee）
负责：
- 沉浸式医学教育标准
- vOSCE（虚拟客观结构化临床考试）
- 全球师资培训与学分互认
- vMDT/vICU 培训体系旨在促进全球医疗教育公平与专业人才培养。
（6）临床与转化应用委员会（Clinical & Translational Applications Committee）
专注：
- 临床示范点（如元宇宙肺癌中心、vICU）
- 数字疗法、虚拟康复与人口健康数字孪生
- 多中心研究与循证医学框架推动技术从实验室走向临床实践。
（7）区域中心（Regional Hubs）
将来计划建设，包括：
- 亚太中心
- 欧洲中心
- 北美中心
中东与非洲中心负责本区域的学术交流、试点项目与资源协调。

The governance framework of the International Association for Metaverse in Medicine (IAMM) ensures scientific independence, global collaboration, transparent management and interdisciplinary participation. Strategic decisions are led by the Board of Directors, supported by specialized expert committees.
(1) Board of Directors
Oversees IAMM’s overall strategy and governance.
Key responsibilities:
- Defining IAMM’s mission, annual priorities and standards roadmap
- Supervising ethics, safety and data governance policies
- Approving major research initiatives and global partnerships
- Appointing IAMMchairs，committee chairs and regional hub directors
Members include leading experts in medicine, engineering, AI, education, public health and regulation.
(2) Advisory Council
Provides independent and forward-looking strategic guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying emerging technology trends (AI, XR, Digital Twins)
- Advising on international regulatory developments
- Evaluating IAMM’s societal impact and global value
(3) Technical & Standards Committee
Responsible for developing:
- Global terminology for Metaverse in Medicine
- Technical standards for vICU, vMDT and virtual hospitals
- Frameworks for digital twins, digital humans and MIoT
- Safety, interoperability and immersive environment specifications
This committee drives global standardization.
(4) Ethics & Privacy Committee
Focuses on:
- Data protection, privacy and cross-border risk assessment
- Psychological effects and protection of vulnerable groups
- Medical liability, informed consent and digital therapeutics ethics
Ensures all IAMM initiatives comply with international ethical norms.
(5) Education & Capacity-Building Committee
Responsible for:
- Standards for immersive medical education
- vOSCE and competency-based evaluation
- Global faculty development and credit recognition
- Training systems for vMDT/ vICU
Promotes global educational equity and workforce advancement.
(6) Clinical & Translational Applications Committee
Focuses on:
- Clinical pilots (e.g., Metaverse Lung Cancer Center, vICU)
- Digital therapeutics, virtual rehabilitation and population digital twins
- Multicenter research and evidence-based frameworks
Bridges innovation with real-world healthcare implementation.
(7) Regional Hubs
In future，IAMM will establishes global hubs to coordinate local initiatives:
- Asia-Pacific Hub
- European Hub
- North America Hub
- Middle East & Africa Hub
These hubs advance regional collaborations and pilot deployment.
