导师与研修计划（Mentorship & Fellowships）是 IAMM 专业发展的核心组成部分，旨在培养能够引领未来医疗创新的高层次人才。该计划通过全球导师团指导、跨学科研修路径、多中心实践机会，为学员提供系统化、个性化的成长支持。
计划面向：
- 医生、护士、治疗师
- 医学研究者与博士后
- 数字健康、AI、XR 领域工程师
- 医疗管理者与公共卫生人员
- 企业研发团队与创新项目负责人
目标包括：
- 促进跨学科能力融合
- 强化未来医疗领袖培养

（1）全球导师网络（Global Mentor Network）
IAMM 导师团由来自医学、工程、AI、教育、伦理、卫生政策等领域的顶尖专家组成。
导师提供：
- 一对一指导（1:1 Mentoring）
- 职业规划与研究方向建议
- 项目孵化与申报指导
- 临床、工程或教育方向专项支持
导师网络跨越多国、多学科、多机构，为学员提供国际视野。
（2）研修项目路径（Fellowship Pathways）
设置多种研修方向：
- 临床 XR 与沉浸式诊疗研修（Clinical XR & Immersive Care）
- 虚拟 ICU / vICU Fellowships
- 虚拟多学科会诊 / vMDT Fellowships
- AI 医疗与大模型研修（AI & Foundation Models in Healthcare）
- 数字孪生与智慧医院研修（Digital Twin & Smart Hospital）
- 医学教育与 XR 教学设计研修（Medical Education & XR Teaching Design）
- 元宇宙公共卫生研修（Metaverse Public Health & Digital Epidemiology）
研修周期可为 3 个月、6 个月、12 个月，支持线上、线下及混合模式。

The Mentorship & Fellowships Program is a cornerstone of IAMM’s Professional Development ecosystem, designed to cultivate future leaders in medical innovation. Through global mentorship, interdisciplinary training pathways and multi-center practice opportunities, the program offers structured and personalized professional growth.
Open to:

- Medical researchers and postdoctoral fellows

- Healthcare administrators and public-health professionals

The IAMM mentor network includes world-leading experts across medicine, engineering, AI, education, ethics and health policy. Mentors provide:
